Got out on my lake yesterday and they were biting.  My best was 4 in a row.  Got a Go Pro for Christmas and had it on.  Water is 44 degrees and the fish are starting to cruise the shallows.  Spring is here.

Firefighter Jeff

Dang, that's terrific !!!  And smallies too.  Ummmm fyi I had to crank the sound all the way up to hear much of anything.  How many you get all together ??   Looked like a lot of fun to me !!!

dartag

I may have to buy a remote mike.   It is in a waterproof case so the sound is not good.   But the case will come in handy next month when I do some bed filming.  Made a brick camera mount.  Going to set it beside beds and watch fish pick up the baits.   Mini did it last year and had some great footage.

Nice....i'm jealous...looking forward to the bed videos.

Nice! how deep are they holding on your lake? Hows the shoulder by the way?

dartag

that spot was off a drop In 22-25 feet of water.   Not sure if they winter there or move in there in the spring.  I catch them there every year.    Shoulder is great.   Been going to the gym almost every day.  All I am using are casting reels since now.  The DK Open will be my first time using a spinning reel.  Probably left handed.   Thanks for asking.

Awesome! Lucky you to live right on the lake where you can catch 'em! Thanks for sharing!

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

Only thing better is if I could cast from my couch.

djkimmel

Put your couch on your boat...?!?
