I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Attention any and all tournament anglers! Team Bass "based" out of Davison, Michigan is currently seeking new members.  We currently have about 17 guys, and could always use a couple more, especially non-boaters.  We have 11 boaters and 6 nons currently and we like to keep it even.  We send our top 8 anglers (based on points) to the Michigan BASS Federation state fish-off each year and yes we are a part of the Bass Federation Nation Michigan Chapter.

Some specifics of the club:

This years format will be 6 tournaments, scoring your best 5, plus our classic at year end.  Cumulative score from each event determines season champ.  We also hold a Charity Open tournament on Sanford Lake each year.  This years tournament is slated for June 10th.

No entry fee for tournaments, trophies given for first through third, and big bass.  No money prizes, optional big bass pot for cash.  $25 gas money is given to the boater if you are a rider.

Dues are $125 per year.

We fish in June through September, and during the "off" season we meet once per month in Davison.  We just had a meeting this past Sunday at the Players Inn, the next meeting is set for 2/4 @ 9:00am.

Lakes have been chosen for this year.  We are fishing Long Lake (Alpena), Grand Lake, Wixom Lake, Lake St. Clair (2) days, and Lake Tipsico.  All are great lakes that produce nice limits, should be another shoot out for points champion!

If you have questions, I'd be glad to answer them all, over this board, e-mail or phone.  A couple other members of this board are members as well, so they can help too, if I don't get back to the board quick enough.  You have until March to join.

See you there!

;D New member?  Sorry - no pressure.  If you decide to join us this summer, you will have a good time.  We have a good group of guys and since you are a non-boater you have a chance to fish with me! :o  How could anyone pass that up!

Blakstr1 - Feel free to use this opportunity as the deal closer in your recruitting!

I can vouch for this club. I was a new member last year, went as a non-boater and had a blast. I learned a lot. Back again this year without thinking twice.  A great club to be in.

And if you join you want to be lucky enough to be paired with smbassman. He's a wealth of knowledge, and a really good fisherman. But, if you could you really, really, really want to be with Savage for every tourney, and you want to make sure you get your 4 hours on the front of the boat with him in back, and then go to the middle of the lake and drift fish, awesome technique.

Cannot wait for the season to start!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow!  I was being sarcastic in my post but that actually sounds like a compliment.  I think you really meant to say this;

"And if you join you want to be lucky enough to be paired with smbassman. He's leaves all of fish for the guy in the back!"

motocross269

Sounds great..Looking forward to getting started..I definetly have alot to learn..It has been a few years..I can't believe how much things have changed since I have been away from serious fishing.

Smbassman

That's what I was truely thinking, but I thought I should make it sound better for you.

Sounds like somebody is nervous already.....  I'm not giving you guys any openings this year.  I'm sick of getting 2nd place to a different guy every darn year.  Just call me Aaron Martens.  this year it is ALL OUT BABY!
