A little late, but it's not the 4th yet so...

I'll be on laporte's favorite lake on Friday and Sunday.  Saturday not sure if I want to brave the drunk idiots on the water or not. I feel like the weather isn't going to give me a choice. Ready to get some fishing done after all this stupid rain.

Just got back from Belleville, caught about 20 on the DS. Mostly dinks, water loaded up quick with the after work crowd. I'm gonna skip it the rest of the weekend. To many new pontoon boat owners think it's ok to pass close enough to hand you something. Might hit a decent frog lake out west.

If you ever see me, stop and say hi!

lol. Like the time I tried to catch up with you in my skeeter? One day I'll have another gambler.

Algae bloom starting on Belleville today. Went out with mikballa. He caught his first bass and his first keeper on that lake (different fish). I even saw the rarely spotted UAWBigDawg pass by a couple times. That outboard is really distinct. I caught 4 or 5 keepers, but the biggest only went 15 or 16 inches. Bite turned off around 11, but did catch a couple around noon by the bridges. Going back out on Sunday. Hopefully less people out on the water. Hopefully.
