Hi, I met Dan Kimmel at Outdoorama this past weekend (and a the Ultimate Fishing Show). He said I should post up here to see if I could find a boat to get on for the May 9th tournament on Lake St. Clair. Please catch up with me if you are looking for a co-angler.

A little about me: My name is Stacey. I'm 34. I live in Canton, but grew up near Metro Beach. This will be my first tournament. I've read a little about tournament etiquette, and you can expect me to be helpful and respectful. If you have any other question, please contact me. Thank you.

Welcome to the board.  All you need to do is go to the link below if it works.  Sign up as a non boater.  The day of the event you will be paired with a boater.  There will be more posts on that link as the event nears.  Have fun.

Stacey thanks for signing up. I will make sure you get out fishing on May 9th during the MadWags Memorial forum members' tournament.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

Welcome to GLB.  I've got you down on the non-boater list.  Still need a few more non-boaters so if you have friends, have them sign up!

How much is this tourney for non boaters?

More or less it's free
I think we all put 7 bucks in a pot for the winner
and gas money to the boater is a option for the non boater

It's a just a way members can meet each other, talk fishing and get out on the water
At this time there's a shortage of non boaters. Sign up and help us out
use the link above or scroll down to the other post

I think it's $5 for the pot and $2 for the big ugly. Also cracks me up that there's a poll on this post, but no one's voted.

Any thought to donating part of the huge prize money to a couple worthy causes.  BB4B and Fishing for Drew.

Just a thought.
