I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

For all of the guys that what to compare the two, each group just had their first divisional. Take a look at each and let?s see who gave the best coverage. I sure do like how the FLW Outdoors TBF page is easier to maneuver, and I like the pictures of each day of the event. My vote has to go to TBF.

6 amateurs fishing next year's Bassmaster classic as opposed to 1 for the FLW championship: Coverage of the National Championship on ESPN vs. Fox Sports Network; you tell me which one sounds better.

I know many of you are going to disagree with me on this one (I'll probably get hate mail soon  :(), but I just don't see any advantage of switching to FLW as a club member. What do they offer that BASS has not? Maybe someone can enlighten me.

No hate mail allowed... but by the end of this year there should be plenty of reasons to show why to switch, but no one is saying quit BASS anyway - not much. Just saying join TBF - member owned and operated. And you get FLW/sponsor support and Bassfan.com support in the bargain!

I think we'll see in the next two to three seasons if BASS is really behind the federation program for the things (unfortunately) that many anglers want - the fishing. I don't know what their plans are, but I do like having a vote and I have a vote with TBF.

We've heard that Irwin Jacobs made comments that he plans on making our first new National Championship next April like a Classic. At least one major company is pushing to host it along with another event. That sounds great to me. The BASS National Championship has barely changed in years. Competition and some one-upmanship is good for all of us.

Besides the National Championship, there are berths in the All-American - nothing to sneeze at - I want to go back bad! And the 'Livin' the Dream' setup for a year too. Also, don't forget the Bassfan Weekend Warrior championship where another angler wins $100,000.

I am not saying that BASS is bad, what I am saying is check out the coverage. I do belong to both and will be participating in the northern divisional for BASS. I think both parties have great benefits for us anglers, but I believe since BASS only gave the Federation Nation a 1 year contract things will change. Plus lets not forget that TBF will offer 2 slots to the Championship, 1 for a boater and 1 for a non boater.

If you check out the TBF member benefits, you'll see all the things TBF participants get a shot at. Very impressive!

I know you aren't dissing BASS. I don't mean to sound like I am either. I really do think a little competition and one-upmanship will be good for all of us anglers.

Jeff - you'll enjoy the BASS Divisional too. I did when I went. I hope you guys win and if you make the National Championship, maybe GLBass.com can get the 'exclusive' interview :).
