Sometimes that idea works. Some people may miss it because it moves down faster and/or they are looking for tournaments in the Tournaments section. It helps to write a few details in the post text for the search engines and people searching for things too.

Last Chance team bass tournament, Sunday, October 29, 2017 at Cass Lake.

Also, always after posting an event click the Link To Calendar and add the event to the calendar. That helps too.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
