A weight to the eye, but still catching them

 I struck Mike Scalise with a 1 1/2oz strike king tungsten weight while punching hydrilla. This shows why eye protection is so important. I saw it first hand. No injuries except for a small scratch on his cheek from the glass from his lens. Other than that, a successful practice.
