Did Dave pass away?  I saw the picture on the front page but I see he is marked as online?  What's up?

Tragically, it is true. Dave MadWags Wagensomer passed away early Tuesday morning. His family has been on here a little reading the many comments left by friends and fellow GreatLakesBass.com members since he passed away so suddenly. There is a post detailing the memorial service Sunday in Harper Woods and a fund setup to help the family through these very tough times. Both are threads under the General Discussion main message board.

I was told Dave's wife was pleased to see that Dave had so many friends and kind words on here.

I think you should leave Dave's account logged in for ever.  That way he can just drop in and check on us when ever he wants.

That is too bad.  I have been asking him for advise on which Grandt rod to purchase.  He always had great suggestions.  He will be missed!
