 Getting to make a trip next month and location centered between watts bar and center hill. anyone w/knowledge of either lakes? been 6 or 7 years since a last visit.

I've fished Center Hill a few times and connected on some pig smallies. This time of year throwing either jerk baits or twitch baits at sandy points. I fished with a friend down there who showed me the sweep technique for throwing a jerk bait and it worked. If you haven't used it you cast and make a long quick sweep with your rod, then let it set a 4 count and sweep again. Anyway it's something to try.
