I'm gonna second this one.  I've done business with a lot of local & internet based suppliers, and Nemesis has the best customer service I've seen.

Besides great baits.  I've tried more than a few gobies, and the Nemesis bait is just well designed.  Isn't it funny how the simple baits that move well regularly outfish those that look real?  I'm a die hard senko man, so I'll be giving the Nemesis stick a workout next spring...
