Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Yup!!!  So last weekend the family and I were hangin with the 'rents on Lake Huron...just south of Tawas.  Apparently the walleye action was "phenomenal" from Au Gres to Port Austin.  What the heck...We filled up the tanks, bought some crawlers, harnesses and bouncers and ran all the way down south of Linwood, never found the 26 fow we were looking for...nor the 'eyes.

So around 930am, we head a few miles back north...just south of Au Gres...where a gazillion other boats were 'eyeing.  Who says a bassman can't catch some nice walleye?  Not Me!  We didn't hit them like crazy...but we did catch a couple in a couple of hours.  If this bass guy had planer boards, rod holders...and, well...real walleye gear...we would have caught limits.  We drifted around a bit, trolled a bit.

Here's the wife with a nice 3 pounder.  Her first effort fishing with me...ever!    I also boated a swell 2 pounder.  Best dinner we have had in a while ...talk about FRESH!!
