? on Rod Socks

Hay y'all got a ? for the veiwing public out there. Could someone recommend a rod sock that the tip of the rod is not going to rip thru. Bought a cpl from gandermountain and after a cpl months the tips went right thru

Bass Pro carries them as well. I have been using them for a couple of years without issue.

I have BPS ones and Cabelas ones. The Cabelas ones have a hard plastic part that covers the hooks on the lures that you attach to the hook keeper of the rod and are much better and heavier in my opinion. They are more expensive, but some of my BPS ones have ripped and none of the Cabelas one have.

I've been using a Cabela's sock this year. 
Mine is different than Chris'.  I don't have the hard plastic sleeve that covers up any lure you have tied on.

I like mine though.  They have an adjustable (via velcro) tip for length. 
When folded over, I don't know how you could push the tip through.
