I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

The first Motor City Inland Challenge Event which was scheduled this Saturday (5/24/2008) has been cancelled.  This is due to an issue with the launch site, Whites Landing.  We have rescheduled this event for Saturday May 31st.  We will launch from the DNR Ramp on Lobdell Lake.

Please spread the word to guys that you know fish our events.

Vic, Mike, Greg, and I apologize for any inconvenience the change causes.  Please call me (586) 291-6267 or Vic (248) 421-5243 if you have any questions.

I don't see why you can't go out of the DNR site this weekend.  I paid for a memebership just to fish this tournament and I already have a tournament on the 31st.

Please let me know how to get my membership fee refunded.

I apologize for that, but again this was out of my control.  This is usually a 40 boat event for us and when I called Whites to confirm the tournament, they still had not emptied their grass lot leaving only about 10 parking spots available.

On a holiday weekend I could not get the DNR launch.  My fear for next weekend is the DNR launch only holds 25 rigs.  We could see problems there too.

As for your refund... I can not answer that.  YOu would have to contact Jack Horning at the NBAA offices to see what he can do.

Thanks for the reply and good luck.  The turn out should be lower with the late change, so you should be okay.  The three teams I knew were in for Saturday can not make it next week.
