With TBBA's dates finalized I wanted to firm up our Date(s) and Time(s) as well. However I've had a few people approach me about the Day/Time selected so I was hoping to get a general consensus on the preferred Date/Time.

We intend to keep the each event on the same Weekend as posted (July 21/22 & Sep 1/2). However if you intend to try and make one or both Events please let us know what the preference would be for Day / Start Time. Please feel free to leave any feedback or suggestions, Thanks!

3/19/18 Update:

Got a bunch of new inquiries over the weekend and again today. Things have evened out across the board it would seem. Between emails, private messages, replies to this post & tally's on the web boards, here is the the current total is showing:

A (Sat Morn) - 8
B (Sat Aft) - 8
C (Sun Morn) - 6
D (Sun Aft) - 4

There are some other variables that will come into play in the final decision, but I appreciate all the feedback provided!

More updates will follow soon as well. Working on a few things that will make the Tournament a little better this year.

The Dates for the Sundown Showdown Tournaments are now set. We decided to keep the Afternoon Format, but move the Day for each Tournament to Saturday instead of Sunday. The Sunday of each Tournament Weekend will be used as the Rain Date, but will be run as a 7:00 -3:30 Tournament instead.
