Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

A friend of mine is looking for a club up in the Owosso area. He is looking to do some bass fishing this summer.

Thanks
Bill
Remember you don't quit fishing when you get old, you get old when you quit fishing

pretty sure there is an NBAA division that fishes out of the Lansing area if your friend is a boater or has a boater.  Not sure on the open club end though.

he could definitely check out Team Bass www.teambass.net our meetings are in Davison but we fish all over, up north for the opener, from Mullet Lake to Kent Lake.  we are accepting new members either boater or non-boater everybody fishes.  We pay yearly dues and fish for trophies.  Its a lot of fun with a great bunch of guys.  PLUS I can get him a deal on a Savephace SUM (Fish Hedz) mask... ;D...<shameless plug>!

There's Bass Chasers of Shiawasee County based in Owosso - part of BASS Federation Nation still as far as I know and still together. I don't know if I have a contact number though for them. Mike Ostipou used to be a member and lived in the area.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
