I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

I am curious on what every ones most productive square bill colors are. Sexy shad has been working for me but I have plenty of those now.

TimH

Chartreuse Black Back has always been my go to square bill color.  I find it particularly good on Lake St. Clair and Kent Lake.  Its worked well on other lakes, but those two stand out.

Got Fish??

I throw  the same color cranks, know matter  if their square, round, deep or shallow. Natural  patterns  and colors. If I had to pick  two square  bill, it would be strike  king sexy-shad and Bill  Norman  sunfish.

Jefferson

K.V.D. 1.5 Black back chartreuse and orange belly craw. Rapala DT6 Orange craw.

You got to have a red craw color. At least for spring though I find when the fish are aggressive the red can still kick other color butt like crazy on many days. Once red quits working, cut it off and toss it away.

I like parrot (what I call blue-chartreuse variations) and shads. When I'm not throwing red craw. I admit I throw pearl a lot too in all kinds of crankbaits. The bass appear to like it at times really well and I like that about them.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
