How do you find a good Tournament Partner?

after reading all, thought i'd make a comment on. i guess my best friend is the one partner i fish the most w/. got him started in this sport as he was a walleye fisherman before. we're doing nbaa weeknites together, we do some opens and that kind of thing. good or bad we work well together and have a good time. we definately don't cash alot of $$ but enjoy the time out on the water. i have (2) others i get out w/to do some other opens and we just enjoy and have a good time.
we don't put pressure on each other, don't complain if one out fishes the other and if the boat does good its all good. we're a team.
$$ gets split 50-50 no matter what and thats the way it should be.

My partner and I also split 50/50, even big fish.  We also split the cost of getting there and boat gas 50/50, which makes it a little easier for me to make the payments and maintenance.  I enjoy that alot, and don't take advantage of it.
