There is a new west Michigan run series gearing up for the 2014 NBAA season WM Lighthouse Series. Looking forward to the new changes made with NBAA this year sounds like the state qualifier is going to be good one. Here is the link

Have they announced where the Michigan championship will be.   Looks like the west side of the state has a lot more divisions than the east.

as I understand it. The lake will be picked from  a pool of lakes submitted by the tourney directors.  Unfourtinatly , I can gaurentee it won't be up north again like last year due to most NBAA divisions being south of us 10 .

I agree we should see what the demographic population of Nbaa anglers will be here in Mi. Then we can determine how far we all are willing to travel.

I stopped by the NBAA booth at the GR fishing show and asked the guy where the state fish off was going to be.  He told me Sault St. Marie at the end of September.

I have to say I really wish they would have picked a more central location.
