March Meeting

Hey all,
Ready to schedule a March Meeting?  I think the consensus was BW2 either in Sterling Heights or Novi.  Jack suggested Novi so it will be easier for the guys from the west side to make it.  I'm up for that if you all are.

Some possible dates: (these are all Saturdays)
March 10
March 17 (St. Patty's Day)
March 24
March 31

I vote for March 24 or 31 since they're closer to our opener on April 28th.  Since our first event is with DK, how about we invite him to attend our meeting?  Dan, if you're watching this board, can you make it?  We'd love to have ya.  Wings are on us!

    As long as the meeting is in the evening, I can do any weekend after the first. I guess we can make it out in Novi if it'll keep Jack happy.

I voter for March 24th.  And going to Novi is not for me - its for the west side guys.   Otherwise, if its for me lets have it in Clarkston.  Dan, I hope you can make it as well.

I think the 10th is the Lansing show.  Probably not good for me.

Novi would be great for me.  It's still 40 minutes east of here, but that's better than some of the alternatives.
Days are better than evenings.

Yep, BW2 (Buffalo Wild Wings)  Why only BW2 instead of BW3?  BECAUSE THEIR AINT' NO 3 W's IN Buffalo Wild Wings! 

Jack, Steve was just kiddin'.  It's his quirky sense of humor.  (Right Steve?)  We all know you live up North with the bears and the wolverines. 

So far it's lookin' like the 24th.  Mabye later in the afternoon will work.  Or maybe around lunch time?

A bit of worthless knowledge for you:

Buffalo Wild Wings was originally called Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck, from which the abbreviation BW3 was created. The company later changed its name to Buffalo Wild Wings and no longer uses the short name BW3, though many of its patrons still refer to it as such. Weck stood for a type of sandwich, beef on weck, that they no longer serve.

BGH - Yep, actually knew that bit of trivia.   Funny...most people think it's an abbreviation for Buffalo Wild Wings. DOH!  Even if it were, here's another bit of useless trivia:  Both BW3 and Buffalo Wild Wings have the same amount of syllables - 5.  We'll miss ya at the meeting in March!  I was looking forward to meeting you soon.  Maybe the April meeting. 

Nothin' like a Weck sandwich.     Gettin' hungry already.

PS. McCarter, if someone buys you a free beer, wanna come and hang out?  Ok, 2 beers...you drive a hard bargain.  Sheesh!

The only Saturday I have open in March is March 24. Depends on the timing and what else has to get done, but that day is good possibility if it works out first for your club.

Barring any major objections: Our next Meeting is Saturday, March 24th at the Buffalo Wild Wings (and Weck) at Noon o' clock.  See ya'll there for lunch.  Dan/Brian, if you guys can't make it until later in the afternoon, let us know and we'll see about a later time.  Sound ok everyone?

Yup, dat B the one.  It's right across from Hooters (just threw that one in for McCarter) and in front of the theatre.  I navigate my world by knowing where all the Starbuck's are.  I imagine McCarter navigates his world in a similar fashion.    he he he

Sorry, guys, haven't been paying attention much since the site was down. I leave for FL on the 23rd with the baseball team so won't be able to attend. I'm pretty psyched to meet everyone, but it doesn't look like i'll be able to for a while  Everyone have a blast and eat some wings for me! Later guys

I'll be there - noon is fine.  If a few of you can't make it till later (mojo and others), would 1:00 be better?  I'm open all afternoon.  Lets keep it at noon unless we hear otherwise.
