Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

l just got the flyer in the mail, looks like this for 2007. For you who don't know this is a singles tournament series w/ a $60 entry fee, no dues, an optional big bass pot, and a bonus option pot, pays back about 90% at ramp.

5-26-07     Saginaw Bay        Hoyles Marina
6-02-07     Muskegon Lake     Fishermans Park Ramp
6-16-07     Sanford Lake        Midland Co. Park
6-30-07     Wixom Lake          Albright Shores
(flyer says 7-30-07 for wixom, however I am assuming that is a type-O)

7-14-07     Houghton Lake      DNR Ramp (M-55 and Townline Rd)
7-28-07     Wixom Lake          Albright Shores
8-04-07     Sanford Lake        Midland Co. Park

8-25-07 and 8-26-07 is the two day championship on Wixom Lake, Albright Shores

I'm predicting a north east wind 10-25 on 5/26 wouldn't trust any other forecast :D.  Don't know who fished the saginaw bay tournament last year, but those winds were not light and variable.  Thanks NOAA

Yea, but theres a lot of goons who made it out to the charities. They were relativly light for NE. I left the ramp and on the way to my first spot my trolling motor was knocked senseless. I couldn't get it to lock down all day. Then wouldn't you know it, the heavy waves fixed my trolling motor on the way to the weigh in. Two years ago I blew an engine in that tourney. 3 years ago I came back w/ no trolling motor. It is always rough but I always seem to fish it. Some day I will come prepared w/ a cabin cruiser.
