Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

How many of you fellas here on this site are fishing the State Fish Off this year in Bay City.

This is my first State Fish Off, and I am really looking forward to it. Going as a non-boater. I was given the option of a non-boater or as a boater alternate. I did the non-boater with the idea I might be able to learn something new. (I hope)

My son and I are going over to fish. Probably leave tomorrow to prefish a couple of days. Three more of the guys I fish with are also going. Tear Drop Bass   We'll have our shirts from previous years on. We didn't get any shirts this year. We all decided that this will be our last year. Not very happy with how things have been run this year. I hope the draws go faster. Can be a lot of hurry up and wait, and wait, and wait at these things.

I believe Paul Sacks said there were 103 individuals in the event. Not sure how many from here are fishing. The 2nd day is the same as the BFL, so that takes away some including me.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

I'll be there, i think 6 of us from Sanford Lake bass club are going.
we've all been poking around over there, and i haven't heard any great
reports yet.  should be a lot quicker and smoother this year with only 50 boats.

One thing you can almost always count on when you mix the Saginaw Bay with the BASS federation is lots of wind. Seem to bring it with us over all the years I was involved...
