Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

I have to be in Mt. Clemens all day Wed. for work.  Bringing the boat and going to fish Thursday early to mid-afternoon.  Back seat is open.  Probably heading out of Harley.

Could use a little advice on where to fish this time of year to get into some decent fish, and what to throw.  Won't be time to get a Canadien License so I'll be sticking to American water.

I was also thinking that if there are a couple of you out there maybe we could make a multi-boat day out of it.

Wednesday's weather looks like cold front with a chance of rain.  Think it's still worth my effort to bring my boat across the state from Grand Rapids?  Or will it throw the smallies into a funk and makie the fishing tough?

It will be a "game time" decision tomorrow morning.

Anyone know if I'll get in trouble sleeping in my truck at the Harley ramp??

Personally I'd launch in Algonac and fish the channels.  Just an opinion.  But the crossing from Harley to the Middle Channel isn't too bad even in fairly rough weather.  Just be careful if there ends up being a North or South blow.  It can get dicey out there.  I was in 4 footers the other week making the crossing from the Cutoff ramp.  It was slow and not fun.  Be careful and go whack em.  ;D
