Anyone able to get out there this weekend?  I managed a few hours on friday, but was limited with the fog.  Still got a few about 15, best 5 went around 18lbs but no giants.  Woke up saturday to 4-6 footers from the north so I just headed down to St. Clair.  The NOAA forecast for tomorrow say 7-9 footers with a max of 12ft!  At least I know no one else is on them while i'm at work tomorrow.

I was down at the Madwags tx on LSC sat, was not able to
Get out to the Bay today, trying to get out next weekend.  I can't believe I have Not been out to the Cheritys yet this year.  Last year by this time was out there 6 times.  By the way do you run a yellow Triton with twin Power Poles?

Yep, that was me.  I showed up at the weigh-in after giving up on the bay for the day.  I made it to the charity's once so far and got blown off after about a half hour.  Last year wasn't normal, this year is what I have come to expect of the spring up there.  Good thing is last year we missed the big fish, they were done and gone.  With this weather opening weekend should be perfect.
