Hey, I've been waiting to hear how things went at D&R yesterday. I ended up staying in town and going to the Outdoorsmen Pro Shop in Jenison, for their Spring Sale.

He did a great job as usual. No one got up and left with over 100 persons in attendance. Lots of Kentucky Lake specific information. A little bit on Barkley though he's big on Kentucky Lake. Run South young man, he tells them.

Maybe the best part was at the end when everyone started asking him about the Classic aftermath and the inside scoop on things. I noticed almost everyone literally moved to the edge of their seats! At that point I didn't they were going to let him leave! It was very interesting. Z gets to see and hear it ALL! He says he wishes they could show the entire story... all the footage. But they only have so much time to show so much information.

Real interesting to hear how KVD was getting in their heads right from the beginning out on Lake Cataouatche. Zona says the tournament was won early Saturday for sure when KVD noticed the change in the forage and bass, and made the switch to the crankbait. Started whacking them big-time while the rest could only look on! Martens didn't even bring his crankbaits in the boat Saturday so he was helpless to do anything else! Explains why Martens took the big nose-dive on Saturday.

After the seminar, the Z-Train was surrounded for another 1/2 hour or 45 minutes with more questions about pretty much everything. He always delivers. You should have been there.

did he have to remember to stop and breathe every so often? ;D

Not that I noticed. He was in his seminar persona. A slight variation of his TV persona.

Original song and lyrics by "MadWags"

What's with the news these days on the TV and the radio. Can't find the truth amongst the lies. Some talking head that claims to live their life in a better way, says I have to compromise. But now there's something on the rise. Truth has opened up my eyes. There's no running from your dirty lies. You can't avoid the truth. I'll no longer close my eyes.

djkimmel

I'll tell him and let you know how he takes it. He gets lots of love now.
