boats and motors for sale

I really want to buy another boat, but I have to sell all of the stuff in my yard first, so here goes.

Ranger 370V, I think its a 1985 with a 150 merc Black Max.  It needs a new powerhead and tilt I was told.  Decent condition Gel coat isn't that great though.  I paid 4800 for it and put another 2000 into it.  Make me an offer, or, sell me a better motor to put on it.

24' pontoon with a 1150 merc, needs some work but has a strong engine, however I was told the engine won't fit on my Ranger.

I also have an 850 merc, supposedly works but I haven't pu it back together and tried it.
