Hi, Everyone!
Has anyone heard of the Interstate Club Challenge? It's an annual tri-state tournament open to only 10 clubs at a time. Each club may send up to 10 members (5 boats) and this year it is being held on Lake James in Indiana on Sept 19th.. I have only fished there twice, myself, and only one guy in my club has any real experience and success there. Would anyone care to help the Glacier Lakes Bass CLub bring this trophy home to Michigan where it belongs? Any help would be greatly appreciated. No one has to give up there prime locations or secret spots, just maybe some general hints on areas or even presentations? Post here or you can even email/pm me if you want to keep your info from the general public.
Thanks to anyone and everyone who can help!

This is a little late, but i've been busy.
We took 3rd in the ICC (out of 9 clubs). Not bad for 7 guys in 5 boats against all the other clubs that fielded 10 guys on those 5 boats allowed per club. Branch County Bass won it with a total of 22 lbs. 2nd had 18 lbs and we had 10 lbs. Big bass was 5.9 lbs i believe from the Branch County guys. It's good to get out with other clubs and mix it up a bit. Regular tourneys and 2-man teams are fun, but sometimes club against club is a blast.

I've done a few of those in the distant past. I would have helped out but I haven't been on Lake James in so long I can barely remember what happened. I do recall getting my truck stuck by parking in the wrong place (no one told me) and I believe it was my first, and last, shotgun start!!

Thank goodness - those things are stupid - remember a guy's hat blew off and he stopped and turned broadside in front of 65 or 70 other boats all gripped by the morning get to the first spot disease!!!!! :o One of the times my life passed before my eyes as we barely missed him!! Don't remember much after that.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

Thankfully it isn't a shotgun start anymore. We weren't blasted off in flights, either, just in numerical order like usual. With 9 clubs and 5 boats each, it was one boat per club every ninth boat. i was 18, the 2nd boat out of my club.
