Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

I would love to see a fishers of men circut come back to the area. I am looking for another Bass club to join and I would love to be a member of fishers of men.. How much interest is there out there?

It was too pricey for me, but then again I am THE biggest Hollander here. Oh boy, I just set myself up.....

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

My name is John Carter, I am the former Director of the Fishers of Men (Michigan East division).  I scrapped my division after four seasons of struggling to get a decent field of anglers.

I believe that there are a number of reasons why FOM didn't work out well here, but we could go back and forth on that subject for days.  The bottom line is that a Tourney trail is expensive to run, and without good participation, it just doesn't work.  On top of that, I was spending all summer away from my family.  Then, the straw that broke the camel's back, was that a promotion at work, has consumed all of my time for the past year.  In fact, I used to be a regular on this board, and these days I rarely have time to read anything, let alone Bass Fishing Forums.

I really miss the trail.  I love Bass fishing and I love sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, so FOM was awesome.  I now spend what little free time I have helping out at my local church:    www.metrosouthchurch.com  If anyone else where interested in applying to FOM to be a director, I would be happy to help them in any way that I could, but I couldn't start it back up if I wanted to.

See you all on the water...SOON!!!!
