Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

The annual mandatory member meeting (I think it is still the only mandatory one?) is scheduled for April 11, 2010 at Bass Pro Shops Auburn Hills for 1 PM probably in the archery room upstairs. It doesn't say the location on the official site but I have not heard of a change of location. Maybe confirm before you head that way.

The board starts meeting at 10 AM the same day.

There should be board elections and the vote decision on the results of the bylaws committee.

The following motions are made by Ralph Blasey president Wonderland West a club in good standing.
Motion #1- A vote to take present bylaw and break them apart into 3 documents, ByLaws, Policies Standing Rules and Procedures amended as they stand.
Motion #2- A vote to accept the ByLaws, Policies Standing Rules and Procedures amended as they stand.
Motion #3- If #1 is accepted and #2 fails, then vote on #2 as a line item vote.

Go to their official site at www.michigantbf.com to find links on the home page for the various changes so you can review them before the meeting.

Does "Mandatory" mean 1 rep per club???

I will be there...

djkimmel

Yes. One official rep per club. Though I am not 100% sure that is still the case. I think it is.
