I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

I just ordered an Ultrex 80lb, new 3 bank charger, trolling pedal recess and got 3 new batteries. I can tackle this by myself, but I don't have a garage, it's getting colder out, and it would be faster and easier with some help. If anyone really wants to help me, that would be great. If anyone has any advice, that would be great too. I put a Fortrex on my old boat by myself, so I know I can do it. I usually don't work weekends and everything should be here in the next week. Let me know please. Thanks

P.S. I'll feed anyone who helps

You might want to put where you live Mike.  Pretty sure it's too far for me though.  LOL

I'm near Flint. Yes Jeff, I didn't think about that, lol. Thanks

Good luck! Always easier if you know someone nearby with a garage or other building with space available to do something like this though I don't have such a place and have spent many a cold day out in the open doing whatever needs to done.

Last Friday afternoon, I got back to my car from fishing with Derek and started my car. Didn't notice anything about that but when I turned on the wipers it got my attention that they were moving excruciatingly slow across the window... huh?!?

Tried it again and yup, something was wrong... started home about a 20 minute drive and shortly my battery light came on. Then in succession pretty much every other warning light came on and my power steering went. Brakes didn't feel right either...??

I had everything off that I could have off. Then I realized my automatic headlights were probably going to pop on before I got all the way home. Soon as they tried my radio display went off. It kept coming on and then go off again... Somehow I made it home. Sure am glad for power steering when it works! Couldn't believe how hard it was to turn in to the driveway!

To make a long story shorter for now I was able to determine my alternator had died. Dead. Done. Gone. Made it to the parts store eventually but couldn't even make it back out of the lot. Thought it looked fairly easy but 5 hours later, some lost blood from numerous places on my hands, busted tools, various bruises and sore back and legs I did get it done. All the effort (and some colorful words) kept me from being too cold though my wife helping some with the flashlight took some get in her car to warm up breaks.

Yep... working on stuff like this outside in the cold sure is fun... ;D

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
