Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

IF anyone is practicing on some of these or local lakes around Waterford, and wouldnt mind sharing some boat time, costs, I'd like to help ? Just finished coaching my son and have a few days during the week. Would like to learn more on Smallies on inland lakes. Do most of my fishing on LSC ?
Thanks Dan for bringing year round Catch and Release to Michigan

I don't fish Cass, Oakland, or Orion too much during the fall if at all.  However, I do frequent Ford, Belleville, Erie, and St. Clair.  I am thinking about trying Thompson this fall.  I hear it is pretty good in the fall.  Ford and Belleville are great lake in the fall.  The smallies just jump in the boat.  Erie and the lower Detroit River can also be very awesome in the fall.  I have been on Cass in the fall but I don't make it a habit to go there when there are so many better places to go.  I have also been on Orion too in the fall and it can be pretty good.  I would probably be game to go there.  After the UAW contracts are settled at Chrysler and I am done with negotiations, I am planning on taking some of the 14 days I have left of vacation to fish.
