Kevin Vandam just won the Elite Series Tournament on Lake Guntersville in Alabama with a three day total weight of 66lbs 3oz.  He came from 4th place going into the final day to take the victory by over 7lbs and took big bass on the last day with a 7lbs. 5oz pig.

KVD is the MAN!!! :) :)

KVD winning worked out awesome...There were some guys on another website kind of ragging on KVD and wondering what was wrong with him this year.  Of course I jumped in and gave my 2 cents worth on how I thought he was having a great year, and it was just a matter of time. Then he wins this week couldn't be more perfect.  I think those southern boys can't handle gettin a whippin from a yankee.  Way to go KVD.

Led at the Classic, finished 3rd, fished the final day most of the tourneys this year, and now won.  Tell me, how is he behind Skeet in points????  Sounds like a setup to me!!
