I've watched MLF a bunch but still can't decide if I like it or not.  I usually am not too interested in a show unless I can learn something from it.  MLF really doesn't fit that bill for me.  Although it can be entertaining.

If you get the extended cast I think there is plenty to learn.  they talk about what there thinking and why there gut takes them there.  To me those are the big things.  I know how to rig baits and use them but to get into the mind of the best that to me is where the knowledge is.

I do watch the extended cast.  That can have some very valuable insight however it seemed too much like "dock talk" to me.  However, I did pick up some stuff from it that I hadn't thought of and I did consider it valuable enough to note in my notebook.  You can always find value somewhere.

Guess I should have read the article first.  They are doubling the size of the field to 48 and adding days.  More tv fishing for us.  Good news for us snowbound fishermen

I did ask Kevin a couple questions about MLF at the Classic this past week. He said it is all up to 'them' (schedule, rules). Meaning, I'm assuming the people hired by Outdoor Channel (and the participating anglers?) to run MLF? I didn't ask much. None of the anglers need any additional distractions during the Bassmaster Classic.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
