I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Many of you may laugh when you read this, but for the money, BPS Stickbaits. I can't think of too many times I've been outfished with more expensive brands and they last a lot longer.

Sometimes it's so hard to say only nice things! :o

I have 2 favorites that I depend on come tournament day.

If I want a stick bait to fall kinda fast or if it is a windy day I always go with a Case Magic Stick. It has just the right amount of salt and a great little wiggle action that drive fish nuts and the colors are awsome. Also, with the new O-Wacky rig tool you can use them for a long time before you need a new one.

When I want a real slow fall or if I am fishing heavy sub-mergent vegitation I go with the Strike King Zero 3x stick bait. It is made with the super strechey rubber and is salt impregnated and also has the added advantage of Garlic scent. You can use one bait for most of the day and catch numerous fish with out destroying it.  On days when the fish like that slow fall the Zero is a hard bait to beat.

Nothing beats hand poured.  The ones Josh turned me onto last year proved that to me.  Plus, I got to put them to the test against yamamotos last season several times, and i came out the victor everytime.  of course i was fishing against MaizeNBlue.   :D

Seriously tho, the hand poured ones put a ton of fish in the boat last season.  i even cashed a few checks using them.  One on Wixom lake.  I have never even cracked the top 10 there before.

They have a slightly different action than the yammies.  They have a bunch more wiggle on the fall.  That really seem to make a difference.  Plus, there are no limits to the colors you can make when you pour your own.  we came up with a color last year that i instantly dubbed Kent Lake Killer (KLK).  this color proved to kill them on every other lake too.  not just for me, but for everyone who used them.  I couldnt keep them in stock last year.  It was by far my best selling color.

I like the yamamotos, dont get me wrong, but i will stick with the ones i am making.  if i didnt believe in the that much, i wouldnt have dropped over $400 to buy all the junk to make them myself.  Now, there shall be no stopping me. ( insert cheesy GONG here, too )
