Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

Look past what they want you to see.

I just got out of Four Seasons Bass Club myself. Great club. It has its problems that naturally arise when you get several competitive guys together, but as a non-boater this would be a great opportunity for you. That Dave Clark you spoke with a great guy and won't steer you wrong. He was/is also a member of Four Seasons, but he didn't fish it last year. Not sure what his plans are this year. He won the club the last year he fished it. Check your pm.

I spent half of Saturday at Lunker's. Talked to a few guys from the forum and some people I don't see very often. Feel some guilt for the time I could have used to get more done, but I haven't made it to Lunker's since they did the major add-ons.

Couldn't believe how HUGE it is now. Took me 15 minutes to figure out where the tackle part was!! Then I found about a million lures to sift through (and some anglers saying 'buy this' 'oh, you need that' 'and this too'

I had to take a break and listen to Joe Balog's last seminar. Was a chance to take a load off my feet and have Gulp! baits thrown at me :) (you have to pay attention if you don't want to end up wearing one).

I wandered around long enough to run into some guys, but the place is big and lots of aisles, so with my later in the day time, I must have missed a lot of anglers.

If I'd known you were going to be there I would have shown up. Sorry I missed you, but glad you got to this side of the state!

I REALLY enjoyed the 122 mile ride back home in the dark and blowing snow on unfamiliar curvy, hilly roads!!! A lot!!!

I need to do this more often ;D

Sometimes, I can't make my mind up so I finally decided I was definitely going late Saturday morning, right before I left!?!
