I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Make sure you sign up to vote in the BASS All Star Week competition. You could be the lucky fan who wins a Skeeter boat package. Also consider voting of JVD, and Britt Myers, Ike, and Gerald.

I don't see an option to write in your own choice... I mean don't you always vote for yourself in these things?  ;D
Addicted to fishing.  All the time, any species, anywhere!!  Especially in West Michigan!!!

Besides our own Michigan Elite Angler Jonathon VanDam, I'm voting for the very friendly, Great Lakes region Elite Angler Bill Lowen, federation champion Brandon Palaniuk and Russ Lane (friend of a good friend and another nice guy).

Kimmel reminded me of Paliniuk, so I'm going to have to drop Ike or Gerald. I could alternate voting for them every other day.  Paliniuk is a great kid and a super angler. Let's get JVD and Paliniuk in there as the young guns against the old guys. Old guys rule though. Have to say that, I just applied for social security. Officially an old guy.

Palaniuk won't be filing for Social Security for a while yet. JVD either. Me... won't be super long... Regardless, don't forget to vote (especially you 'old' people - I know how bad your memory is!?! Mine too!! ;D).

I like the choices above. I would add Tim Horton to the list. He drove 20 hours to participate in the KVD/Detroit Lions charity tournament. Plus, he is dedicated to other charities that help kids. And he is a nice guy.

djkimmel

That's a very good point. He seems to be a really great role model.

JVD, Palaniuk, Martens, and Walker have been getting my vote everyday since the voting started.  After reading what I did about Horton, he might be takens Martens vote from here on out.
Walker gets my vote because he is real nice guy.  Talked with him a bit at the Northern Open, and he was friendly to everyone he spoke with.

Dan

I got to ride a day with Walker on Pickwick last year. He is a class guy. He's a real family man with two little girls. When he lifted his main center storage compartment it had all pictures his daughters had drawn for him. Had a good day on the water with him.

I think David Walker is originally from Michigan...? Or at least lived here for some time and fished in a Pontiac area bass club.
