I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

If you guys/ gals had only had one tube color to fish with the entire fishing season what would it be? What size tube head would you prefer to fish with under ideal conditions?

watermelon with orange/ purple tinsel on 1/4 oz bite me jig head.

Pat

Chewy

I'd have to go with a Shuberts TT137 with a Damon Lures 1/4oz rattling tube head.

MaizeNBlue

Straight Watermelon tube, 1/4oz rattling tube head, deeper water 1/2oz jig head. (PB jig heads)

huston

SMOKE MELON/BLACK, orange& PURPLE FLAKE  Mike's RX tube with a 5/16 oz. 60 degree bite me jig head # 3 hook

yukonjack2

I would go with Extreme bass tackle green pumpkin w/chartreuse and purple flake - 4" with 3/8 bite me, and a 5" with 3/8 or 1/2 depending on depth/current.

5" has less bites, but definately bigger bites!

green pumpkin w/black fleck has been my most productive on a jig  3/16oz. open hook. for texas rigging shaw grisgby hook (can't think of the name of it for the life of me - hi performance?) w/a 3/16oz. cone sinker.
if it feels good - SET THE HOOK!!

Hey Huston

Those Mike's RX tubes are pretty darn good. I try to get enough at the winter outdoor show in Novi to last me the season. I think I might have to up the quantity this year.

Pat

canvsbk

smoke / red...1/8 oz...60 degree head...ideal conditions
Look past what they want you to see.

McCarter

Hmmmm, not a single vote for baby poop?

I would go with Canadian Mist.  Its a fish catching machine.  1/4 oz tubehead, no rattle........with extra Mega Strike!

PB himself :-\'

Duke

watermelon w/ copper/black flake. 1/4 oz w/ rattle
Duke

Hooksetter

Zoom Natural Shell rigged on a Bite Me 1/8 oz 60 degree 3/0 jig.
Peace.

Already mentioned, but my favorite (by a small tread over Canadian Mist) - green pumpkin chartreuse/purple flake 4" (Xtreme Bass Tackle) with 1/4 jig head. Me and this color just get along well...

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

In the spring - Extreme Bass Tackle's 4" St. Clair Goby.
Rest of the year - 4" Green Pumpkin w/red flake.
