Check out this peach of a deal.  Bass Pro Shops has the Lowrance LMS-480 GPS/Sonar for $499.99.  It was clearance for $448.00 But i missed the clearance sale.  I was kinda bummed at first but then i came across this other deal.

You can buy the LMS-480 by itself for $499.99 or you can get the combo pack which includes the Lowrance LMS-480 and the iFinder Pro hand held unit ( which reatils for $199.99 by itself ) for the same price.  $499.99.  A no brainer.

Unfortunatly, BPS is out of stock at the Auburn Hills store, but they have 44 combo packs in stock at the warehouse.  You can order by catolog mail in order form, or you can call the order in.  Or you can purchase it from the bass pro website.  And they have a special promotion for shipping right now of $3.95 standard shipping.

Just wanted to pass on the info to anyone who might be in the market.  Im buying mine tomorrow.

Thanks PoorBoy for the tip!!!

Got mine today - what value. What a deal.

LMS-480m with GPS/WAAS

iFinder Pro with WAAS - nice portable unit - light, only needs 2 AA cell. Accepts MMC cards same as the above unit.

ALSO came with:
16MB MMC card
USB PC MMC/SD card reader
Mapcreate software for the US
cigarette adapter for the iFinder
water-resistant bag for the iFinder - allows it to be viewable and operate the buttons
moldable, heavy base portable custom RAM holder for the iFinder
LowranceNET extension cable

I was pretty happy when I opened the box. Pretty much everything you need to rig a boat for front and back GPS along with a high power, high-res sonar.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
