I'm not sure, but I will say this. You just never know that running a little fishing website can be so exciting and exotic! Hackers from Kenya, boat advice for an angler in South Africa, help hooking up a rookie Elite Angler with a free house on West Point Lake in Georgia and a phone call from Gibraltar!

I'm only guessing the phone call was from Gibraltar. I'm not an expert with international phone numbers and though my understanding is that the most common languages on the island nation are English, Spanish and Portuguese, the person on the other end of the phone was speaking a language I really can't even guess at!

He could have been trying to sell me my own bridge on Gibraltar or calling in an exotic fishing report! Guess I'll have to start thinking about a translation service

Now it might be a stalker. Just called again and spoke to me directly this time, asking a question I think. Sounded like a different language. Anybody out there multi-lingual towards Middle Eastern / Eastern Europe type languages?

Just called again and said, "Ah...?" I said I only speak English. Guess we won't be bridging this language barrier... I hope it's not something like a really good fishing report!

You know something? I've been getting nothing but hackers lately from Turk Telecom... so I blocked the whole IP range. I wonder if it was the ambassador to Turkey calling me to negotiate?!?

THANK YOU!!! That is probably it! I probably forgot buying the ticket just like the German lottery, BMW lottery, UK lottery, Volkswagen lottery, Ukrainian lottery, Israeli lottery and the other lotteries I've won that I don't remember buying the tickets from!!

I'm really holding out for the 1 trillion glotties Kerplopistan lottery ticket that I did buy from a nice guy who came to my door the other day. Not sure how many glotties to a US dollar but it HAS to be lucrative!!
