Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Troll Perfect video shows what the product does for your foot-controlled electric motor. On constant, it can actually save you from having to be on the pedal all the time.

I've got one on my 'traveled' MotorGuide. More stable and steady. I can adjust it quickly based on what I'm trying to do at the time.

Like the video shows, when your running on High or 100% the on/off torque is pretty much eliminated.

I know that there's a lot of gadgets out there to catch fishermen.  This is not one of them.  I absolutely love mine.   It does everything they say it does.

I can put the motor on constant on and hardly touch the pedal after that.  It was an inexpensive alternative to purchasing a recessed pan.  Now I want the pan too.

A guy can never have too much fishing stuff.

So much water.  So many lures.  So little time.

" Now I want the pan too. "

Get the Sawzall out and cut that deck out.   Sure glad the guy I got my boat from did it.  Makes me shiver thinking about it.

I won one on this site for a MG. Had an antique MG on the boat, but it wouldn't fit. Now got the new Fortrex. I'll have to look at the shows and get one for this one. Still want to try one. Looks like a great product. Anyone need one for a MG, let me know.

One of the models is supposed to fit a MotorGuide or Minn Kota. I can't remember off the top of my head which one it is. Did you try to see if it would fit Mike?

Ok, I want one, but...who (other than KVD) runs their TM on constant HIGH, and for what?

It works for slower speeds as well
It's really nice when your on the TM and off and the TM doesn't flip to one side or the other it's allways pointed were you left it

And it also works great if you useing the front TM while trolling for Walleye
No need to buy a terrova

That would be pretty useful, good point.

John

Useing the front TM is the best way to troll spinners for Walleye
Your only going 1 to 1.3 MPH

It also works to help control the boat if you dragging bags and drifting

djkimmel

It's helpful in rough water too and in wind or river current. After talking to the maker, it is best to get the right one for each model.
