This is a tale of two lakes. Intertwined lakes, in Barry County, Michigan. Where somehow the water has gone away. Upper and Lower Crooked Lakes, both near and dear to me, are suffering from the lowest water levels I've seen in the 35+ years I've been fishing them.

Looks like Randy at D & R Sports in Kalamazoo has got quite a line up of pros slated for their Spring wing ding. I have never met Bill Dance before. Got a funny clip of his bloopers that has been floating around the net. Looking forward to hearing what KVD has to say as well. Maybe get some fantasy league inside info.

He has a huge line-up. The big spring D & R Sports Center's 18th Annual Spring Fishing and Boating Show is Friday April 14 & Saturday April 15 includes Bill Dance, Kim Stricker, KVD, Shaw Grigsby, Mark Romanack and Capt. Dave Engel.

He has a few bass pros like Gary Klein and Mike Auten coming in for his weekly seminar series too over the next month or two.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
