I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who sent their caring over the passing of my Father-in-law. He was very ill for some time and ready to go. We thought we had another week or two though so it was still a shock. I was at the TBF tournament all week so I felt pretty bad to have not been in town.

Luckily, it was close though and I was home that evening within 2 and a half hours of finding out. We had tons of family and friend in to share with us the past 3 days and a gorgeous day for the funeral today. He was buried just up the bank from the Grand River in north Lansing. I put a gold hook in his suit coat pocket just in case.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

My sympathies for your loss Dan.

I like the gold hook idea.  I hope somebody does that for me when the time comes.

So much water.  So many lures.  So little time.

If they don't, I will.

Thanks everyone. We are working through all the 'aftermath' right now. We are all doing as well as can be expected as we figure out all that happens now.
