Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

What is the cone on JVD's front deck?

We've gotten several questions today about the orange cone sitting on Jonathon VanDam's front deck. See the photo. This is not a traffic cone, it's a Flogger Underwater Viewer, made by LureCraft.

Since Chad Pipkens rocked 3 BFL Victories in a row at Burt and Mullett Lakes with huge 27+ pound limits bass tournament sightfishing has ramped up into fierce competition for the BIGGER Bass that often bed much deeper than most other bass.

The 'Flogger' was brought over from Europe by a U.S. retailer and regularly sells for about $120. Because the Flogger breaks the surface glare you can see details underwater exponentially deeper with clarity! If you want to catch more and bigger sightfishing bass, the tool is worth it - you can use it all year, not just on beds!!

Better news - you can get the EXACT SAME tool a lot cheaper through our GreatLakesBass.com Amazon link below!!!

SAVE BIG MONEY though (and help keep GreatLakesBass.com pay our hosting bills) by buying the EXACT SAME device here! The Flogger is actually an underwater viewing device made in Europe by a company called NuovaRade. The product is the NuovaRade Jointed Aqua Scope, Red and costs ONLY $45.97* at the time of this post.

By using the GreatLakesBass.com link you can SAVE 62% over the cost of the rebranded Flogger for the EXACT SAME TOOL!!

The Aqua Scope comes taken apart and is easy to assemble. They all come in the red-orange color. Most sightfishing experts paint the exterior of the scope black because this reduces much more glare and excess light - you can see even better underwater! I used flat black spray paint on mine - just a few separate coats and I can see even better underwater!!

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
