Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

I'm not trying to rush winter. I'm sure some semblance of winter is on the way. That means we are approaching the 2026 Ultimate Sport Show Tour - the three biggest fishing and outdoor sport shows in Michigan!

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

anyone know what time kellowgsville will take off on friday?

Their scheduled launch time is 6:00 AM.  They may be launching a little late due to darkness but I would make sure you were registered by 5:30 just to be safe.

I think (hope) you meant Saturday. Cfruel is correct: 6am is scheduled time but may be delayed slightly for safe light. Still be registered NO LATER than 5:45 (but that is pushing it). Most people arrive around 5-5:15 to get launched and registered without being too rushed. Good luck!

We ended up taking off at 6:30 a.m.  Fishing was tough for all but the top 3 teams... who seemed to find some nice fish all over the lake but not any one spot with concentrated fish.

My partner and I got our 5 fish but it was the smallest bag I've ever weighed in there... good enough for 6th place though!  LOL!!  We ended up 5th overall for the season and fished the Classic yesterday on Reeds.... 4th place with 12.2 lbs.  Top three teams were the same as the day before!

This is a great club and I encourage everyone on the west side to consider fishing with them next season.  They are having a charity event on Hardy in Sept.  See my thread in this section.
