Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Every year I get a number of inquiries from Teams about how the Entry Fees and Payouts work. We've had some changes in how this works back and forth from year to year, so I wanted to get the word out for what we're doing this year so everyone is on the same page.

Entry Fees:

- We accept Pre-Registration in Cash or E-Transfer up to the day before the Tournament.

- Cash Only at the Ramp on Tournament Day.

- Payment by Check, Credit Card / PayPal or Money Order are not accepted at any time.

Payouts:

- All Payouts are Paid in Cash on the Day of the Event (with the exception of Sponsored Product or Entry Waiver Prizes).

- Winning Team MUST be present to accept Prize. Otherwise Payout is awarded to Next Highest finishing Team still present.

- 100% Cash Payback of all Entry Fees Collected.

- Number of Teams Paid is not necessarily Number of Teams Present. Free Entry Vouchers have been awarded as Prizes in Past Events. So Payouts sometimes do not reflect the Exact Number of Teams in the Tournament, only the number of Teams that Paid an Entry Fee for that Event.

- A copy of the exact Payout Breakdown based on Entry Fee Money Collected is present at every Event if you wish to see exactly how the Payouts are distributed.

As always if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me!
