Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

Had to go to Milford this morning so I went out and got my sticker and looked at the East Ramp.  Still not done and I talked to 3 employees that had no idea.   Looks really good.  Floating docks, steep ramps with deeper water at the end.   Should be good when done.

Lake is at Full Pool I would say.

Good news is they didn't raise the prices.   Senior 42.00 and young ones  70.00  for truck and boat.

Hollada

Is it open, but not done?  Or not open yet?

How old do you have to be for the senior pass?

No they have not paved the sections from the ramps to the parking lot yet.   No one knew when it was going to happen.

The sign says 62 for senior.  But I have heard rumors of younger people asking for the pass and getting it.    Funny at Stony last year the guy said I wasn't old enough.  I said I am older that you.  He was only 61.  Punk kids picking on us old guys.

Thank you for the post.  Summer pool is a big deal on Kent.
So much water.  So many lures.  So little time.

Having that ramp done soon is a big deal on Kent too. What's up with that...??

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

The East ramp is open.  Had a message from a buddy that was there yesterday.  Guess they did good.  Hopefully in a week or 2 I will get all my family commitments done and can start getting my boat ready to go.

I might give it a go tonight after work.

My bad.  West ramp is open.

Still a little work to go before the ramp will be ready. The cement in front needs to be poured.

So.....
judging by the pics it looks as if the East launch is open but the west launch is closed.

Is that the case?

No... thanks to a typo... the West ramp is open. The East ramp is still closed waiting for them to poor the drive leading to the new ramp.
