That was pretty cool to see Skeet Reese in the sports commercial during the Super Bowl.

i had heard about it and was looking for it, i'm not sure but i think that commecial only played full the one time?.  It was still cool to see..

I thought that was Skeet Reese. I was surprised to see a bass fisherman on a superbowl commercial. ESPN must really be helping the sport to see it during the superbowl.

What soccer mom ran the Super Bowl last night... what was up with the Cat and the Hat skit with Harrison Ford?

...and I also think they should have worned Aaron Nevelle (sp) and Aretha Franklin that if they were going to butcher the National Anthem like that. That represenatives from PETA armed with tranqilizer guns were being set up in stratiegic locations, and if they messed it up, they were getting butt darted, ear tagged and sent back to the San Diego Zoo!!!

I jumped when Peter Warrick did that head first back breaker...that made me cringe.
Whats up with Harrison Ford anyway, is he auditioning for the next Pirates of the Carribean movie?

With all the talk about whether or not fishing is a "sport" in another post lately, it seems that the commercial may indeed lend more creedance to fishing being accepted as a legitimate sport by more than just the fishing world.

i ahve heard people refer to professional poker as a sport.  Besides, if the canadians can consdier curling a sport, why cant we have fishing as a sport?

Eevn my wife noticed Skeet on TV.  I was impressed.  Maybe I should dye my hair. . . .
