I'm not going to bore you with the details, but I've had it with HB and Lowrance.

I'm going to be replacing my units this coming up spring probably (provided they're not in Eufaula again) and am considering going with Raymarine.

Anybody out there running the Raymarine units?

Waterfoul

I am currently running a Raymarine Dragonfly CHIRP unit on the front of my boat courtesy of my Raymarine rep.  I'll have it thru the fall and all of next summer to demo.  If you find yourself in GR on a Monday I'd love to take you out and show you how it works.  I used it for the first time this weekend on Portage Lake and was happy with it's performance.  Time will tell on it's durability and such.

I'm pretty sure that that's the unit I'm considering, Waterfoul.  I appreciate the offer and will be taking you up on it.  I work weekends so Mondays are great. I will be PM'ng you soon.  Thank you.

Lol I'd forgotten all about this thread.  I was peeed at HB to say the least when I posted this.  Kids and a new mortgage got in my way last winter.

Now it's a black gun that I simply must have that's presenting a dilemma.   ;D
