Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

High that is a steal for that property and buildings.  I looked at two and a half acres around farmington area last year to use for a mulch yard.  I called the number and the guy told me they wanted about 2 million for it..... NO JOKE eaither.  I then looked at another lot that was almost an acre and they wanted about 250,000 for it.  So 5 acres with all those buildings is a steal.

Ive been to jans the peaple were great and I hear the owners ran a good shop, unfortunatley they got out and its up for sale.
I know about buisness selling a buisness and economics, to think of someone paying that for 5 acres in that area just wont happen the buildings are not worth that much nor the buisness itself.

I sold a buisness with a 3/4 acre lot and office in sandiego 3 years ago that averaged 1.3 million a year in sales averaged over the last 5 years I got top $$$ for it and it was less than $975k.
I dont know what jans yearly sales were but I doubt that it would exceed much more than a million after deducting dealer cost for product such as boats and parts.
just my 2 cents I hope they do get theyre asking price.

It would be nice to see its stay a marine dealer I hope it works out.

Much more than a million!  Probably more like 6-7 million with boat sales, service and parts.
