I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

I'm going to be fishing on Lake Erie soon for the 1st time and was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice on colors and types of baits. Some of the research I've done looks like using a little lighter colored tubes then what is used on LSC. How is the spinnerbait bite on Erie and cranks? Could anyone help point me in the right direction here? Thanks for any help!

Where you going out of?  Sheephead are thick at times and a tube will drive you crazy.

Drop shot is my thing out there.  3/8 or 1/2 oz, right now they are between 17 and 27 feet deep depending on where you are.  Small green finesse worms are a good place to start.

Got Fish??

For smallies use Tubs on a rattle jighead, put a swivel about 8 to 10 inches up your line. Pull  green colors. Find 8 to 14 ft flats with structure, rocks logs and weedbeds. Drift and drag. For largemouth hit cannals and weedbeds

My down river fish are starting to turn on...Find 4 to 7 ft giant flats and fish the pockes with a tube or spinner bait and do not forget about a spook..Just my 2
