Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

Just saw the 06' Bass Elite and Flw series fields on bassfan.com.  A lot of names I don't recognize on bass, and a lot of the old bass guys fishing flw.  Just thought it was interesting, the bass master elite doesn't look as exclusive as I thought it was going to be.

I think we may be entering some strange times... I just hope it all shakes to more chances for more anglers to make some money tournament fishing (and related).

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

Until a tournament organization realizes that allowing anglers to display and promote their sponsors and fashions its self more like NASCAR providing a Manufacturers points system and awards we the anglers will suffer.

They need to get away from a one boat sponsor of the whole series and start promoting tournaments as say ?The Ranger Boat okeechobee Open? and the ?Yamaha Lake Fork Open? and so forth

Have points for several categories like boats, motors, electronics, baits, trolling motors?ect.

This would get manufacturers to sponsor more anglers so they can gain points and win the ?Boat manufacturer of the year award? ect.

And we the anglers need to realize that the tournament organization needs to display logos on the boat as well or they the organization will not come around

My 2 cents
Help a handicapped angler live his dream!
